Kick off the new year with an engaging discussion with veteran members of our MnCMN community about their career paths, lessons learned along the way, and the knowledge, skills, and abilities that they’ve focused on to get where they are today, and the areas they’re focusing on to “sharpen their saw” as the change industry continues to evolve in the coming years. Get ideas to solidify your current career path or explore the next steps in your career path and development focus areas. Great for those starting out in a change management career path or those looking to break into this space, all the way to seasoned practitioners who are looking for ways to stay at the top of their game.

Pre-Registration:
▲ Please know that registration closes on the Sunday before the event. If you are interested in attending after we have closed pre-registration, you are very welcome to come to the event and check in at the registration desk. The volunteers will take your name and information, and, provided we have not met the fire code maximum for the room capacity, welcome you to attend the Change Summit. We recommend arriving around 4pm, when the event desk opens, to ensure you’re at the top of the wait list.

Cancellation/Refund/No-Show Policy:
▲ Cancellations received by the office at least two business days prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than two business days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.

Photography/Video:
▲ PLEASE NOTE: Casual audience photographs and/or video may be taken and utilized for marketing purposes. By nature of your attendance, you are granting permission for your image to be used for our internal promotion as we see fit.

Post Event:
After the show, it's the after-party... Join us at for some Networking and Happy Hour action from 6:00-8:00 PM
