Two Prosci-certified change managers will address organizational change will provide insight on the individual’s role in personal and organizational change initiatives.

Speakers

Kristin Filut is an outcome-focused leadership and organizational change coach experienced in leadership development, strategic business planning and transformational change. She has 10 years of experience in organizational change management with multiple Fortune 25 companies. She is a Prosci-certified organizational change practitioner who enjoys collaborating with others to create and lead successful change plans on a global scale.

Stacia Nelson is the Founder and CEO of Pivot Strategies. She has over 15 years of experience in Public Relations and Communications with Fortune 100 brands, is a Prosci-certified change manager and specializes in creating unique and tailored strategies to deliver messages to a variety of stakeholders. Her experience spans the retail, healthcare, manufacturing and political space where she has covered IT communications, global security, crisis management, recalls, sourcing, sustainability, government relations, new product launches, brand marketing and strategic partnerships.
