With all of the change happening in the world today, we wanted to provide our change practitioners with an open forum to discuss what’s most valuable to you at this time. The way that we’ll do this is through the unconference format. 

What’s an unconference? Unconferences are designed to create space to openly discuss, collaborate, and learn from peers - in this case, across the Minnesota change management community. 

What to expect: At the start of the session, as an attendee, you’ll be guided through quickly developing an agenda together. It’s ok not to understand the exact process ahead of time – it will become clear as it happens. Individuals in the session who want to contribute can propose topics; all topics are welcome. Those with topics do not need to prepare; if an idea sparks in your head on the morning of the session, call it a topic. We'll move into breakout groups once the topics are decided.
