2021.09.16_MnCMN September 16, 2021 Change Summit: Demystify Digital Transformation

Thursday, September 16, 2021 (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

As change leaders, we often see digital transformations suffer due to poor alignment of a company’s strategic aspirations with the mindsets of those carrying out the change. Our speakers have “demystified digital transformation” by documenting the best practices of successful senior leaders at seven firms in a variety of industries. Join us for an interactive session exploring key mindsets they have discovered in their research to enable digital transformation.

What you’ll take away

• How to drive democratization of data and data fluency.
• How to drive better business outcomes through digital transformation.
• How to successfully convey the value of digital transformation and drive greater adoption.
