Our Presenters are:

  • Jon Koss - Jon is a Director of Client Partnerships at Versique Search & Consulting where he acts as a strategic partner to local leaders, providing impactful HR consultative services to their organizations. He started his career as an intern at Walt Disney World and went on to work in HR for organizations large and small, from corporations like Target, Sleep Number, and Ecolab, to consulting firms like Slalom, Pioneer, and Helios. Jon is passionate about Change Management thanks to his own experience managing change for massive company rollouts including global Workday implementations. Most of all he’s excited to see many familiar faces from our network that he’s either worked alongside or connected with when hiring Change Management consultants in his current and past roles. 
  • Erin Abdelnour – Erin founded ChangeStaffing to help clients successfully navigate change by providing exceptional organizational change management consultants for their technology, process, or organizational needs.  Prior to founding ChangeStaffing, she led and executed change strategies as a consultant for IT initiatives with firms like Hitachi and Arthur Andersen. Erin is excited to be a part of this panel and share the market insights she and her firm have observed over the recent months.
  • Dr. Keely Killpack - Dr. Killpack is a change management expert with a talent for aligning operations with strategy; engaging all levels of employees and maximizing business performance. She is skilled at engaging senior leaders with their toughest operational challenges and executing all phases of any change transformation. Keely excels at customizing actionable and tactical change adoption and has worked with clients of all sizes and in most industries. Dr. K has a proven track record of more efficient, adaptable, and successful employees, work environments and business operations. She brings those experiences to the classroom, teaching Organization Change Management courses at two universities and helping to grow the pipeline of talent into the change management industry.
  • Sunil Kasturi – Sunil is the Chief Growth Officer at Propeller – a people-focused management consulting firm with offices in Minneapolis and five other cities across the United States. Sunil has more than 15 years of leadership experience in driving large transformations and currently leads Propeller’s strategy and delivery across its practice areas, with the People and Change Practice being the largest one. As a skilled facilitator, communicator, and coach, Sunil relies on his experience building meaningful rapport and trust with client leaders, key stakeholders, and team members to drive collaboration, team effectiveness, and strategic direction. Sunil’s experience runs across industries and is mainly focused on sustainable change and organizational readiness and development in the Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Technology verticals.
