Katie has a passion for aligning business strategy with people, structures, and culture in ways that achieve larger enterprise goals. She has more than 10 years of experience spanning across organizational effectiveness, human resources management, employee experience, and MADJV. Before transitioning to consulting, Katie started her career at an investment bank where part-time pursued a master’s in business with emphasis in organizational design and change management. Outside the office you can find Katie traveling, catching up with friends, reading a new book, or (casually) hitting the pickle ball courts.

Annelise Larson

Annelise is a collaborative, curious, and courageous transformation leader with more than 20 years of organizational effectiveness  experience spanning change management, culture curation, and MADJV. Willing to tackle new challenges and lead teams through the unfamiliar, Annelise has excelled in designing and managing complex, global initiatives for multiple industries. When not working, you can find Annelise making a creative cocktail, checking out a new restaurant, starting a new hobby, or teaching her dog a new trick!
