About our Speaker:

Paul Anderson is a valued MnCMN member who has been in the network since 2016. He's a seasoned Change Management expert and someone who has experienced five major career changes, will share his unique approach on transitioning from "What you do" to "Who you are." He describes his 35-year career path as "bumpy, filled with lots of lefts and rights," which provided ample opportunities to rediscover “what he did”. In a pivotal moment in 2016—when he was at his 4th major career change – he sat back and did the work to figure out “who he was”. This transformation proved to be a game-changer, attributing significantly to his current success in work and life. His approach covers common topics but it’s his unique method and outcomes that sets his work apart. In a 50-minute session titled "Journey to You 2.0," Paul will guide us through his methodology and inspire us to think, write, and share our own pursuit to “who I am”. Paul believes that understanding "who you are" is essential to excel in "what you do."
