Join us for an engaging and interactive Change Summit designed for change practitioners and those eager to enhance their change management skills. This event aims to foster networking, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.  How? By harnessing what YOU know or are interested in discussing.

Come prepared to actively participate in discussions, ask questions, and share your own tools and experiences! The event will include dedicated time for smaller, tabletop breakout discussions and the opportunity to present the outcomes to the larger group. 

Event Goals:

• Network: Deepen connections with fellow change management professionals and MnCMN members.
• Learn: Gain insights, new perspectives, and practical tools from those around you.
• Share: Discuss challenges, successes, and innovative ideas.

Initial Planned Topics:

1. Celebrating Successes in Change: Explore ways to celebrate small and large wins throughout the change process with end users and project team members. Discuss tactics for recognition, rewards, and engagement to keep team motivated and having their contributions acknowledged.
2. Selling the Value of Change: Discuss strategies for demonstrating the value of change management to senior leaders, program managers, and beyond
3. Harnessing Prosci Certification: Discuss how obtaining Prosci certification has or can advance your career and explore specific tools that contribute to the success of change programs.
4. Exploring Agile Change: Share experiences on how the Agile Change Leadership Institute (ACLI) methodologies and tools can drive success in change initiatives.
5. Evolving the MnCMN Membership Experience: Collaborate on tools, programs, events, and ideas that could enhance the member experience within the Minnesota Change Management Network.

During the registration process, you will be asked to rank your interest in the initial planned topics and suggest others that you would like us to consider adding to help us ultimately have 6-8 topics for attendees to choose from to discuss that evening.

A follow-up communication from MnCMN after the event will provide a link to and takeaways and shared resources that were discussed that evening.
