This presentation and workshop will explore the vital role of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in driving successful change initiatives. Participants will gain an understanding of how integrating DEI principles can lead to more effective and sustainable organizational change. By considering the diverse realities and perspectives of those impacted, change leaders can foster stronger buy-in and reduce resistance.

The session will guide participants through practical exercises and discussions to help them apply DEI strategies in their change management efforts. Attendees will also learn to leverage their own experiences and identities to create meaningful connections that promote inclusive change.
