Sharon Connolly is a Sydney, Australia-based Change Manager in Financial Services with a passion for using technology to simplify and enhance processes. She began her career as an IT trainer, teaching Microsoft Office, and has since delivered training and keynote speeches in 12 countries. In 2020, she was awarded Microsoft MVP status, recognizing her as one of the world’s top experts in Office 365. In 2019, Sharon founded Change Superhero, initially sharing resources on LinkedIn to support Change Managers during the early stages of COVID. Today, she is one of Australia’s best-known Change Managers, offering 12 courses and distributing over 500,000 templates to help Change Managers globally. She continues to work full-time as a Change Consultant and trainer.
