Are you ready to expand your knowledge, skill set, and toolkit? Whether you’re a dedicated change practitioner or a leader navigating change, the Agile Change Manager Certification from the Agile Change Leadership Institute (ACLI) will strengthen your ability to deliver people-centered, adaptive change.

While this certification is designed to be self-paced and online, we know the learning experience is richer when it’s shared. That’s why MnCMN is gathering member interest to form a Fall 2025 accountability cohort—a chance to complete the program alongside peers, exchange insights, and build stronger connections within our community.

Background:

MnCMN began partnering with the Agile Change Leadership Institute in 2023, and many of our members have since completed their Agile Change Manager certificate. They’ve found considerable value in applying the tools and methods directly to their change initiatives—and in learning together through accountability cohorts.

How It Works:  

- Enroll in the Certification: Register for the Agile Change Manager Certification by September 15, 2025, to take part in this MnCMN cohort. 

- Receive Exclusive MnCMN Pricing: Members receive 15% off the program cost (approx. $800 USD). Contact office@mncmn.org for the discount code.

- Form the Cohort: Once members are confirmed, MnCMN will connect you so you can establish your own meeting cadence and accountability structure.

What is the purpose of the Agile Change Manager Certification Cohort?
To give MnCMN members a supportive, peer-learning environment to complete the certification, exchange practical applications, and deepen the value of membership through connection.

When is the deadline to sign up?
You must register for the ACLI Agile Change Manager Certification by September 15, 2025, to be connected into this cohort.

Does it cost anything to join the cohort?
No. Participation in the MnCMN cohort is a free member benefit. You are only responsible for registering and paying for the certification course itself (with MnCMN’s 15% discount).

Will the cohort be in-person or virtual?
That’s up to you! Members will decide whether to meet virtually, in-person, or in a hybrid format. Virtual sessions will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.

How many members will be in the cohort?
Participation is open to all interested MnCMN members. If there’s strong interest, additional groups may be formed.

Can non-members join the cohort?
No. This opportunity is exclusive to MnCMN members. Non-members must join MnCMN to participate.
