Today, Kristina is a Communications Director at Thrivent, a diversified Fortune 500 financial services organization, where she has worked for the past 3 years. Kristina’s experience encompasses internal and external communications, employee and HR communications, and more in a variety of leadership roles. She is a certified Strategic Communications Management Professional and completed the Prosci change management certification in 2020.
