Julie Berg, Principal Consultant of HRD Consulting, St. Paul, MN, is a professional workshop leader, credentialed leadership coach and organization development consultant. She has 30 years’ experience in industries including healthcare, education, government, business services, engineering, manufacturing, technology, and non-profits.  Julie takes an interactive approach to training design & facilitation that strengthens on-the-job application of newly acquired knowledge and skills. In her speaking engagements, she connects with her audience with humor and easy-to-apply actions. As a professional coach, she has experience working with emerging, firsttime & mid-level leaders, 1-1 and in groups, to positively impact their own productivity, growth, and satisfaction and the same for those they lead (or will lead). She is an instructor at Normandale Community College in the Supervisory & Management Certificate program, adjunct faculty at Winona State University and contract facilitator at the University of Minnesota. Julie served on the board of the International Coach Federation Minnesota chapter and the Association for Talent Development (ATD-GTC), is a member of the Minnesota Organization Development Network, Minnesota Change Management Network, and the International Coach Federation. She is qualified and experienced in administering & interpreting the MBTI, TRACOM Social Styles, Everything DiSC, EQ-i 2.0/EQ-i 360 (Emotional Intelligence) and the PROFILOR 360.  Julie is certified in using Strengths-based development through Gallup-endorsed Strengths Strategy. She uses the Clifton Strengths® assessment to help clients discover and apply their unique combination of talents. Julie is also certified as an Intentional Leadership Coach.
