• Alex Dutch-Greene is currently an Organizational Change Management Lead at an Illinois-based Insurance company and is also the Board Chair of the Minnesota Organization Development Network (MNODN). 
• Brian Lassiter serves as Chair of the Alliance for Performance Excellence, the national consortium of all state/regional quality/excellence awards and is on the board and faculty of Communities of Excellence 2026
• Tara Tierney currently leads strategic communications for Amazon Global Executive Development by supporting learning programs and communicating with senior learning audiences across the globe.
