The Enneagram offers a unique lens through which we can gain insight into our core motivations, fears, and behavioral patterns. By understanding the Enneagram's nine distinct personality types, we can uncover the underlying drivers that influence our thoughts, actions, and reactions, ultimately simplifying the process of navigating change.

About our Presenter:
Hillarie Kay is an Enneagram Coach, Speaker, Trainer and Author. From her first breath, Hillarie was exposed to business and business ownership. Prior to being a third generation business owner, Hillarie worked in corporate America in the public relations and marketing space. She went on to open her own full service marketing agency in 2016, and then pivoted into the business coaching world in 2020 where she began to use the Enneagram professionally.
Her passion is helping high achievers, corporate executives and teams avoid burnout, increase communication and enhance performance using the Enneagram personality framework.
When she’s not coaching or training on the Enneagram, she spends time with her husband, two sons and three step-sons, splitting her time between Southeast Missouri and the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina.
