MnCMN is exploring new ways to strengthen connection, learning, and community among change professionals — and we want your input.

Join one of our active member focus group sessions to share your ideas on:

• The possibility of an MnCMN Annual Conference — what would make it valuable and distinctive
• New Special Interest Groups (SIGs) — how to build smaller professional communities for ongoing connection
• Programming Effectiveness — how MnCMN can make its offerings more practical and engaging

We’ll also look ahead to MnCMN’s long-term vision — what kind of professional community we want to build for the future.
