MnCMN, in partnership with ASCM Twin Cities, is thrilled to invite you to the "Supply Chain: Preparing for Change!" event. This is the 3rd Annual Supply Chain Summit for the Twin Cities chapter of the Association of Supply Chain Management! This half-day Summit focuses on preparing for change in supply chain management, emphasizing the need for agility, change management, and preparedness in an ever-evolving industry.
Focuses Include:
- Recognizing and embracing change rather than relying on past methods or wishful thinking.
- Developing skills to prepare for and adapt to future disruptions.
- Addressing challenges like variability, chaos, and market shifts.
