We’re excited to have  three organization change management (OCM) experts sharing their years of experience guiding clients in different types of transformation projects. 

Rebecca Sweda, Tom Solomon, and Amee Patel will talk about Celerity’s SEAL change management methodology that removes barriers by bringing the right conversations forward, drives decisions, and accelerates the desired change impact. 

The session has been designed as a workshop to jumpstart your thinking on change metrics and provide methods to measure change impact. This  interactive session will offer guidance, a case study,  brainstorming on how to apply change metrics to a current project, and  best practices for designing and implementing measurement and metrics.

Rebecca Sweda, MBA, CCMP – Rebecca has led several enterprise transformation programs, including end-to-end design and implementation. She is a hands-on business partner with a proven record of executing strategic and operational initiatives to implement and realize results for multiple stakeholders. Rebecca provides best practices to identify, monitor, and measure all aspects of transformation.

Rebecca is the author of the SEAL framework and leads Celerity’s Operational Excellence Group and Organizational Change Management Practice. Before Celerity, Rebecca held roles of increasing responsibility at Kearney and Booz Allen.

Amee Patel – Amee is an experienced leader in operational strategy, client management, and program management. She has led multiple large-scale transformation projects globally for Fortune 1000 organizations and clients such as Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Ernst & Young. 

Amee is a manager in Celerity’s Governance and Measurement Practice. She has helped large financial institutions set up and sustain a governance framework. 

Tom Solomon, MBA, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt – Tom has led multiple large-scale transformation programs that spanned organizational boundaries, driving change across brands and entities.  He is especially adept at engaging multiple stakeholder groups, creating a roadmap to integrate complex change, and driving change at all levels of the organization.

Tom has worked deeply with several OCM methods including Celerity’s SEAL framework, Kotter, Prosci, IBM Better Change, and E&Y BCM.
