2023.10.06_MnCMN Workshop: Strategic Resilience for Leading in the Middle on October 6, 2023

Friday, October 6, 2023 (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

Sustainable strategies that transform from the inside out. The challenges are mounting both professionally and personally as our capacity can feel depleted. Sometimes, we can get stuck and settle into the struggle versus leveraging it to fuel forward.

Resilience offers the ability to face challenges in a way that creates the necessary discoveries, direction, and determination for individuals, teams, boards, and organizations to lead well during change.

This interactive training is rooted in a framework of three components that build and restore resilience. Each component focus - reframing [mindset], relevancy [purpose], and relationship [connection] - includes exploring why the component matters, guided group interaction, and tools that offer opportunities for individual experimentation.

Includes:

  • Three-hour in-person facilitation, individualized preparation, and design
  • Training materials: hardcopy and PDF of tools for future use professionally and personally

Participants will:

  • EXPLORE a resiliency-building framework to process challenges both professionally [collectively] and personally [individually].
  • EMERGE awareness of behaviors and habits that sabotage resiliency as well as resources [known and not yet discovered] to leverage strategically in ways that build resiliency for self and those they lead.
  • ENGAGE in experimenting with tools that offer practical strategies and surfacing next steps for integrating with ways that fuel participants forward to self-identified desired outcomes personally and/or professionally.

Agenda:

1:00 – 4:00 p.m. - Check-in and Program

4:15 p.m. – ?? - We'll find a nearby establishment for post-event conversations and networking.
