November Change Summit - Panel: Merger & Acquisition Change Strategies

This session will look closely at how to anticipate and prioritize employee needs before and during a merger or acquisition, as well as finding a new normal going forward, post-merger / post-integration. After a high-level overview, we will have two panelists who will share their insights and expertise on this topic.
▲ Please know that registration closes on the Sunday before the event. If you are interested in attending after we have closed pre-registration, you are very welcome to come to the event and check in at the registration desk. The volunteers will take your name and information, and, provided we have not met the fire code maximum for the room capacity, welcome you to attend the Change Summit. We recommend arriving around 4pm, when the event desk opens, to ensure you’re at the top of the wait list.
▲ Cancellations received by the office at least two business days prior to the event are eligible for a refund of the registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received fewer than two business days prior to the event. No-shows will be billed for any unpaid registration fees.
