The September Change Management Summit will be a lively and informative discourse with four Change Management experts around the various approaches to doing Change Management work. 

Bring your questions and curiosity as you learn from those with experience in different aspects of the Change Management, from independent consulting, working within a larger firm to applying OCM as a full-time employee.

With 25 years’ experience in IT Systems Implementations and Business Process Improvement, primarily as a Change Management Lead, John has worked globally both as an employee in large corporations and as an independent contractor.

Karly has been an FTE, owner her own business and currently is a full-time employee of Digineer, a management consulting firm. She is also the author of “Transparency in the Workplace” focused on how transparency impacts change management.

Kari has been working in Change Management in various forms for over 15 years, typically engaged in a data or digital transformation for a multinational organization. She is currently a contract change management consultant.

Ross Pringle - https://www.linkedin.com/in/rosspringle/
Ross is an Organizational Change Management Strategist, working as an FTE for RBA Consulting, a 200 person IT firm. Ross integrates OCM practices in the Microsoft 365 space. Currently with RBA he works most often on a Statement of Work basis in a staff augmentation style.
