What’s an unconference? It’s like a conference, only better! 

Unconferences are designed to create space to collaborate and learn from peers - in this case, across the Minnesota change management community. 

What to expect: At the start of the session, as an attendee, you’ll be guided through quickly developing an agenda. It’s ok to not understand the exact process ahead of time – it will become clear as it happens. Individuals in the session who want to contribute can propose topics; all topics are welcome (no session will be voted down or off). 

Those with topics do not need to prepare; if an idea sparks in your head that morning, call it a topic! Based on how many topics are proposed, we’ll sort out the session format of either giving each individual 5-15 minutes to cover their topic or split the room into different areas and have non-speaking participants rotate to each of the different topics
